A beautiful pair of Arcadian landscapes depicting river views, dancing female figures, a bridge with a castle, fortified villages, and ruins of classical antiquity scattered across the meadow.
It is a setting of ideal beauty, offering an idyllic panorama, with lush nature and a luminous atmosphere characterized by golden hues.
The artist of the two works is an artist working in Rome in the second half of the 18th century who excels in the depiction of landscapes with a strong naturalistic influence.

The imposing, thick, richly carved and gilded frames are of remarkable beauty and make a striking impression on the wall.
Both the paintings and the frames are in excellent condition.
